YOGA and AERIAL YOGA are gentle ways to work on your strength and flexibility while promoting relaxation, reducing stress and creating better body awareness and mindfulness. We offer all-level classes in Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga. In both classes students are guided through a full-body sequence focusing on opening and strengthening the body. Aerial Yoga utilizes aerial hammocks in a low level position to gently support restorative poses and help you get deeper into your stretches.

Yoga & Tea

Fill Your Cup Yoga and Tea– A Practice to Rest and Restore

Sundays are a day of rest. Come celebrate this concept with this restorative yoga/ slow flow hybrid. With the use of props, gentle stretching, long holds, and deep breaths, this practice gives you the space to unwind your nervous system and connect with your inner peace . Slow it down, fill your cup, and give yourself permission to enjoy an easy, relaxed, and restorative Sunday morning stretch

We will be offering Holistic Tea Formulas after savasana allowing you to ease back into your day. We have locally prepared tea formulas from Harris Holistic Wellness. All Certified Organic and Fair Trade, ethically sourced from around the world.

All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow incorporates alignment, body awareness, mindful breathing, and creative sequences of yoga postures to rejuvenate the body and refresh the mind. Modifications are offered throughout the practice to add an extra challenge or create more ease in the body; the intensity of the class is always yogi’s choice.

Slow Deep Stretch Yoga

Deep stretch: as the seasons change, we are called to turn inward. This is a non flow, slow moving class that focuses on passive yin poses held for longer periods of time. Channeling the body’s deep connective tissues promotes flexibility, better circulation, improved organ health and release of blockages in nadis (energy centers of the body). Guided meditation and structured rest will support deep relaxation and stress management.

Shakti Flow (Yoga Dance Fusion)

Shakti Flow is an invigorating practice that blends Yoga, dance and functional fitness. Shakti Flow class is full of high intensity cardio bouts, fun improv dance sets mixed with creative vinyasa flow, body weight strength training
and breath work while loud motivating music infiltrates the room. Below what we can physically see, these movements are cleansing and opening our chakras, building solid foundations while nudging us to step out of our comfort zones. In turn we re-emerge more confident, vibrant and more aligned with our divine feminine energy. Shakti means power or empowerment, which is what our practice inspires within us.

Pilates Mat Yoga Fusion

Our Pilates Mat Yoga Fusion class is a blend of the classical Pilates mat repertoire and vinyasa yoga. We will start by centering the body using Pilates fundamentals such as breathing, imprinting, iso-abs, and more. Then we will warm up the body with a few sun salutations. Once we are warmed up we will move into the Pilates mat sequence. We will end class with a few deep stretches and with a traditional savasana.

**LATE CANCELLATION POLICY**

DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE TEMPORARILY CHANGING OUR LATE CANCELLATION POLICY TO A $10 FEE WITH A 6 HOUR NOTICE. THE $20 NO SHOW FEE STILL APPLIES.

Due to our limited class size, Be Fitness has a strict late cancellation policy. All students are required to have a credit card on file in case of a late cancellation or no show. A $15 fee will automatically be charged for any cancellations that occur later than 12 hours prior to scheduled class time. A $20 fee will automatically be charged for any no shows or cancellations that occur an hour before class time.

Monthly memberships are great for students who want to work on their practice on a regular basis. Memberships are valid for all class types, so be sure to mix and match! Choose the best option that fits with your schedule and how often you wish to practice.

Your membership contract automatically charges to your MindBody account on a monthly basis. You can cancel your contract at any time, however, we require a 7 days notice prior to cancellation. To set up a membership contract, please call the studio or visit our MindBody website and select Contracts under the “Online Store”. This option is not available on the MindBody Connect mobile app at this time.

Students who choose to purchase their membership out of contract on a month-to-month basis will be charged a $3 processing fee each month.

Students receive up to 20% discount when purchasing 3, 6, or 12 months at a time! Ask for more details.

Private Instruction

Individual or small group training is for those who prefer personalized attention and a class that is designed to cater to your specific needs. This option gives you the extra focus on your personal intentions and goals. Private lessons can significantly increase skill and confidence of the individual. You may prefer private lessons for personal growth, specific goals, or for preference of anonymity or privacy.

The studio has space to hold multiple individual training sessions simultaneously. There is a privacy fee if you would like to have the space available for only you and your friends.

Emily G

Emily loves all aspects of aerial dance but, when it comes to choreography, she prefers to keep it slightly more aggressive. She likes fast paced, high silk climbing with dramatic drops. She loves aerial silks because of the endless possibilities that they provide to express yourself. You can be great at floor work and incorporate a lot of it in your routines. Or you can be awful at floor work and focus more on aerial tricks. Your dance style can be graceful or aggressive, or a mix of both. The creativity is endless!

Emily started doing aerial silks as a fun, easy way to work out because she hated going to the gym. She had no idea how much it would become a part of her life! She has been doing aerial silks since 2012 and teaching since 2015. She hopes that her students gain the tools they need to find their own style of dance, while also pushing their limits to conquer routines and transitions that they may not master right away.

Outside of aerial silks, Emily loves her pets and rescuing fur babies. She likes to ride her motorcycle and she also has three kids who take up most of her time. They spend their weekends camping, fishing, and boating. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Cleveland State University and really just loves anything science related.

Cristina

Cristina Romanello reveals the inner mysteries of the commonplace, allowing her audience to ponder the beauty of the scenes we so often take for granted. Cristina succeeds in evoking our sense of wonder by unveiling the usual to reveal the exceptional.

Her passion demanded that she put the art before the course- she developed her style in her hometown, Cleveland, with only a disposable camera and the wet streets as her studio. After studying photography professionally, she found the last piece she needed to create a world of beauty we might never have glimpsed if we hadn’t looked twice.

Wanida

Wanida teaches Pilates, Yoga, Pole and Spinning at Be Fitness. She started teaching pole at Be in 2015 after falling in love with the freedom and expression in dancing. She has been practicing yoga for about 10 years and completed her RYS-200 training in 2015 and is currently enrolled in her RYS-300 training. She is also a certified personal trainer and certified in aerial yoga. She completed her Pilates Reformer Level 1 and Spin training in 2019 and plans to complete her Level 2 Pilates training in 2020.

Wanida believes that movement heals the body and mind, whether you are dancing, practicing yoga or Pilates, or doing acrobatic tricks in the air. She hopes that her students find a sense of peace and appreciation for their bodies and movements throughout class. She believes that the most important part of class is learning and loving what your body is capable of doing. She hopes to help students feel empowered and confident in their own body and mind by creating better body awareness and control. She aims to give students a safe place to explore and be themselves with no judgement so that they can lead a more authentic life both in and out of the studio.

Outside of Be, Wanida lives with her boyfriend Joe, her dog Oliver, and their cat Gamora. She is learning to play golf and has noticed a significant improvement in her game since she started practicing Pilates on a more regular basis. She also collects sneakers and loves everything Sanrio, Marvel, and Tokidoki.
