POLE

Strength. Control. Sensuality. Expression. Pick your pole.

What Is Pole Fitness?

Pole fitness combines dance, strength training, and acrobatic movement using a vertical pole. At Be Fitness, pole is about more than skill; it’s about exploring expression, building confidence, and reconnecting with your body in a supportive, judgment-free space.

What to Expect

Every class begins with a guided warm-up designed to prepare your body safely for movement. You’ll learn spins, transitions, upright tricks, and eventually inversions depending on your level.

Classes are intentionally small so your instructor can offer individualized attention, hands-on support, and personalized modifications.

Safety, Attire & Readiness

Your safety is our priority.

Beginners start with the pole in static mode to build comfort and control.
Crash mats are recommended and provided when learning new or inverted movements.
What to wear: Shorts and a tank top, as skin contact improves grip. Avoid lotions, oils, and jewelry.
Heels are welcome in stylized classes like Burlesque Cardio or Beginner Choreo,  but always optional.
