What Is Aerial?

Aerial movement blends strength, artistry, and play using fabrics, hoops, and hammocks. Whether you’re climbing silks, balancing in a hoop, or flowing through a hammock sequence, aerial training builds upper-body strength, body awareness, confidence, and creative expression.

No experience required.

Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks. This class is suitable for both beginner and intermediate students and can serve as cross training for those practicing pole and aerial silks. Each student progresses at their own pace.

Builds: Confidence, agility, versatility

Open Silks

Aerial Silks uses open silks in two pieces anchored from the ceiling to focus on climbing, wraps, inverts, drops and various other aerial silks tricks. This class is suitable for all levels with modifications and support provided by the instructor.

Builds: Grip endurance, stamina, full-body coordination

Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock uses one piece of fabric suspended from the ceiling. This beginner-level class will help tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility while teaching you seamless sequences to begin your practices in the aerial arts!

Builds: Familiarity, stability, strength

Intro to Aerial Yoga

Uses the fabric low to the ground to help beginners gain confidence and familiarity with the hammock before working higher.

Builds flexibility, trust, and comfort in the fabric.

Kids Aerial

A supportive, creative space for young movers to build confidence, coordination, and body awareness.
Taught with safety, encouragement, and age-appropriate progressions.

Safety & Attire

Your safety is our priority.

Wear fitted clothing that covers knees, abdomen, and upper arms
No lotions, perfumes, jewelry, zippers, or buckles (they can damage fabric or cause injury)
Beginners start low to the ground
Mats are required for silks, hammock, and lyra
Listen to your instructor and work within your level

Aerial is a challenging but safe practice when progressions are followed.
